Buyer: the consumer who purchases the service, identified at signup and checkout.
The Buyer's electronic purchase of the Peerfect digital service (subscription or credit pack), whose features and price are stated on the Pricing page and at checkout, and the parties' rights and obligations under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The service (AI pre-submission review + journal recommendation) is digital and performed instantly. Prices are shown in Euro (€); the binding amount charged is in Turkish Lira, computed at the TCMB rate and approved VAT-inclusive at checkout. Payment via PayTR; subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Access is granted via the Buyer's account immediately after payment confirmation. No physical delivery.
Under Art. 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to instantly-performed digital services where (i) prior express consent to begin, (ii) acknowledgement of losing the right, and (iii) durable-medium confirmation are all provided. These are collected separately at checkout; otherwise the 14-day right applies. Cancellation/refund terms are in §6 of the Pre-Information Form.
The Buyer holds the rights to uploaded content and will not upload unauthorised material. Peerfect's output is decision support and does not replace formal peer review; the submission decision rests with the Buyer.
Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees / Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the announced thresholds. The agreement takes effect upon the Buyer's electronic approval, a copy of which is sent on a durable medium.
