Peerfect is a digital service (AI pre-submission review + journal recommendations), sold as monthly/yearly subscriptions or one-off credit packs. Prices are shown in Euro (€); the binding amount charged is in Turkish Lira, computed at the TCMB rate at checkout and shown VAT-inclusive for your approval. Payment is via PayTR; subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
The service is digital and performed immediately after payment is confirmed.
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Under Art. 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for digital services performed instantly this right does not apply where all three conditions are met: (i) your prior express consent to begin performance, (ii) your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and (iii) confirmation sent to you on a durable medium. These are collected separately during checkout.
No refund for the current accessed period or used credits; the next, not-yet-started subscription period can always be cancelled; unused credit packs are fully refundable, partially used ones pro-rata.
