Peerfect is a software tool that runs an automated pre-submission review on a manuscript and recommends candidate journals. It is decision support, not a substitute for human peer review.
Peerfect is provided "as is". The tool may produce incorrect or misleading recommendations. The author is responsible for the final decision about where and what to submit.
The free pre-review report is a promotion offered to new users who verify their email address, once per person and once per manuscript; it has no cash value and cannot be transferred, and further reports for the same manuscript are paid.
More than one account cannot be used for the same manuscript. Opening accounts in order to obtain another free report for the same manuscript (including lightly revised versions) through different accounts or email addresses is an abuse of this offer. In such cases the free report is not applied. The first attempt gets a warning and the request can only continue with credits; if, after the warning, a free assessment is requested again — with an edited or re-uploaded manuscript or from another account — the account concerned is suspended automatically. The reason for the suspension is shown to the user on the sign-in screen and sent to the registered email address. We can suspend the service for any account that abuses it. When we suspend an account, we tell the user why on the sign-in screen and at the registered email address; the user can object at hello@peerfect.co. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer's domicile or the place of transaction have jurisdiction, within the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry of Trade. For all other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Samsun (Atakum) — the Seller's registered seat — have jurisdiction.
