All services provided by Peerfect are delivered digitally; there is no physical product or shipping. Once a credit purchase payment is completed, the purchased credits (1 credit = €1) are loaded into your account instantly.
Service orders (reviewer evaluation, formatting, revision package, academic translation, statistics, literature review, etc.) are prepared after payment/credit confirmation and delivered digitally (PDF / Word, etc.) through your account within the estimated business days stated on the relevant service's Services & Pricing entry.
The status of your orders and the delivered files can be viewed and downloaded at any time from your account > My Work.
